EuroFutur Elegance®

EuroFutur Elegance, KÖMMERLING's 70 mm system for doors and windows, is the optimal combination of design with the best performance. A profile system with five air chambers that achieves a Uf value from 1.3 W/m2K. With this value, the maximum requirements of the new European and national regulations (such as the CTE) are exceeded, achieving optimal comfort in the home. The robustness of the profiles with internal galvanized steel reinforcement, together with quality hardware, makes the windows manufactured with this system very safe and resistant. Profiles with a minimum depth of 70 mm and up to 6 insulation chambers in its semi-flush sash (our standard). Can accommodate special and very thick glass. Inclined rebate for better evacuation and hermetic double-seal closure. KÖMMERLING openable systems, characterized by their high tightness, are those that achieve the best levels of thermal and acoustic insulation.

Eurodur 3S®

The Eurodur 3S system has the AENOR Product certificate for its main profiles. KÖMMERLING was the first PVC profile system brand to obtain it. Eurodur 3S, KÖMMERLING's most classic profile, is the synthesis of the technologies and technical advances made by the German brand after years of experience in Europe in the field of window profiles. Profiles with a minimum of 58 mm depth and 3 insulation chambers. Eurodur has two air chambers plus a large central chamber where the steel reinforcement is housed. The blade is 58 mm (recessed). This profile depth allows for accommodating glass from 3 to 30 mm, with 24 mm as the standard glazing.

PremiLine® Sliding

KÖMMERLING has an efficient sliding system called PremiLine, whose main feature is that it allows you to create large window surfaces based on sliding windows and doors, allowing for 4 mm – 28 mm glazing. Likewise, it should be noted that PremiLine is compatible with all standard 70 mm systems, with the RolaPlus drawer, extensions, sills and other accessories that can be used without problem. Due to its technical characteristics, PremiLine allows easy and silent movement, and due to its elegant aesthetic design (double beveled leaf profiles) it combines perfectly with all types of decorations, giving a touch of class to any environment.

Ironwork:

This system is manufactured with Tadem needle bearing wheel sets, this allows us to adjust height and great smoothness in use. To close the leaves, “Elbowed handle” type closures are used for comfortable use, and at the same time it provides a multi-point closure; We can also combine one of its leaves with a hidden closure so that it gives us the possibility of crossing the leaves. KÖMMERLING has an efficient sliding system called PremiDoor. With the sliding-lift doors, large enclosures can be built, reaching up to 400 kg per leaf. Different construction variants of fixed and sliding leaves offer the best conditions for luminous architecture. The hardware guarantees safe operation and easy use. The smooth and silent movement of the sliding-lift doors is a special feature of these systems.

Sheets weighing up to 400 kg can be handled safely, comfortably and lightly. For large sheets, we introduce additional carts that would allow us to continue handling sheets weighing up to 400 kg safely, comfortably and smoothly. EuroFutur Elegance® Door

With the EuroFutur® Elegance system it is also possible to manufacture entrance doors, opening externally or internally, with the same design and finish as the windows. PVC is a material of great solidity and resistance, which makes it ideal for the manufacture of doors. Furthermore, the EuroFutur Elegance profiles incorporate all the technological advances necessary for the manufacture of doors protected against theft and are solidly reinforced with steel.

Thermal Insulation and Acoustic Insulation

Doors made with EuroFutur Elegance offer a high level of thermal and acoustic insulation. The size of the profiles allows for the installation of very thick glass and high inertia reinforcements.

Resistance and Safety

The profiles for the manufacture of entrance doors are provided with high inertia reinforcements. In addition, the corners are reinforced with weldable PVC brackets to improve the resistance of the frame and better withstand the stresses to which the door leaf will be subjected.

The choice of hardware is essential for the security of the door: with the manufacture of appropriate hardware, entrance doors made with KÖMMERLING profiles are able to offer the best protection against theft.
